Ring TRISKELION - Garnet
Silver ring with with round GARNET 15 mm and two times three interlocked spirals (triskelion). Weight 6.8 g, height 26 mm. The meaning of Triskelion:
Greek: ''three-legged''. Also three bent human legs or spirals in continuous motion. Throughout the history different cultures have assigned various meanings and symbolical values to it. In Christianity it symbolizes the Holy Trinity thus eternity. In Celtic culture it represents the Great Mother and with its trinity also the three stages of the Moon. Triskelion's two main attributive characteristics are its motion and trinity.
