Silver Jewellery
All precious metal products available on our web store and in our stores (Silver, weight > 7.00 g) are in accordance with the Precious Metal Products Act and have been tested and labelled by the Metrology Institute of the Republic of Slovenia.
Our products conform to the prescribed EU technical requirements as confirmed by the Metrology Institute of the Republic of Slovenia. The products are affixed the CE conformity mark. Each product is accompanied by instructions for care and maintenance.
About our company
Our story dates back to 1994 when we started designing, producing and selling Jewellery.
We have gained additional experience and extended our expertise at various international jewelry fairs and at manufacturers and gem cutters around the world.
For every product of 30 € or more we issue a Certificate of Quality.

All the prices of products, shipment and delivery are in Euros (€) with VAT included.
The orders are made in English. The prices are valid on the day of the order.
We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.
Orders
To view products, browse the contents, etc. you do not need to be registred with our web site.
Select a product category. (e.g. Pearls). By clicking on the desired item you open a tab with a detailed product description and photo.
When you decide to purchase, select the product by clicking the ADD TO CART button.
You can add, select or delete items of your choice in your Shopping Cart.
Once you have completed your selection, choose the CHECKOUT button. You need to proceed through three stages:
1/3 Check the quantity and prices of all the items in your shopping cart.
2/3 A) User Registration: At your first purchase it is necessary to fill in all the boxes and to register. If you are not a new custumer and you already have a username (your e-mail address) and password, you can either register here or by clicking "Sign In".
2/3 B) Shipping and payment: Select a payment method, delivery method and shipping address.
3/3 Checkout: Writes you a summary of your order, which can be changed by clicking on the Checkout button. Once you have checked or changed the order and you are finished shopping, click the ODDAJ NAROČILO.
By clicking the CHECKOUT you agree that you have read, understand and accept the full text of the General Conditions described here and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
After you have submitted your order a sumary of your order is shown with a serial number and all the relevant information. The order summary can be printed. A copy of the order summary is sent to the e-mail address you have previously provided.

PAYMENTS
-The payment can be made by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Diners.
-The payment can be made directly to our transaction account.

If you do not select the appropriate shipping you will be additionally charged and your order will be processed after the additional charge has been paid.

Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the irrevocable right of withdrawal from the contract within 15 days after receiving the product. The buyer can withdraw from the contract by e-mail (info.kamen@orbis.si) or by mail (adress: Orbis, Ljubljana, d.o.o.; Dunajska 21, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia).
Under the the article 43/d (see paragraph 3) of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to return the received goods intact and in the same amount, unless the goods are damaged, lost or their quantity has been reduced without the consumer’s fault, within 15 days after receiving the product under the article 43/č (see paragraph 1) of the Consumer Protection Act.
When returning the product you need to enclose the original Invoice. Please specify your own bank account. Within 15 days after receiving the returned product the amount equal to the value of the returned goods will be credited to your bank account. The product can also be exchanged at your request .
Goods must be returned intact and in the same amount within 15 days after you have informed us of the withdrawal from the contract to the following address: Orbis, Ljubljana, doo; Dunajska 21, 1000 Ljubljana , Slovenia (for www.nakit-kamen.si).
When you purchase a Gift Certificate the right of withdrawal from the contract is not applicable!
